Building Bridges With Experential Learning
Institute of Skill Enrichment (ISE) was founded in 2017. My goal has been to Build Bridges among teams, institutions and corporations in order for them to enhance their performance and create innovative ways to function at a personal and professional level.
ISE started with an idea to empower and enable students, teachers and professionals in Life and Soft Skills. It simultaneously progressed as a teacher and corporate training institute. I felt and witnessed a stark difference in the quality of education and training accessible to different sectors of society and committed my team and myself to bridge the gap.
Growth, adaptation and evolution are measures of an organization’s continued existence. Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence and online teaching and learning have transformed education in recent years and will continue to do so in future.We have initiated our new MUN programme VoiceBox to create a safe, collaborative and innovative space for young learners to learn how to think on their feet, research, debate and deliberate while developing core life skills.
As a 21st century institute, I am committed to learning, growing and evolving myself, my team, our partnering organisations and clientele.
